Believers Home Fellowship

We are a non-denominational gathering. We have no plans to join a denomination, nor to ever make plans to “get a building”.  We believe in small gatherings. Once we have too many people for a living room, we plan to break into two groups, and so on.
When we gather, it is not ceremonial, nor does it in any way resemble a one man show. We want to let all exercise their spiritual gifts and to grow in the faith. (1 Cor 14:26)  We all keep informed ahead of time what passages we will be going over for each week. This allows everyone to dig in and study on their own, and when we come together, we can learn from each other. The Holy Spirit does not only live in a single man in each church!  We want to have Holy Spirit led gatherings.

We are not  a mini-version of institutional church. The institutional church model only began around the 4th century. We want to function like the original church, using all the scripture as a whole to guide us.

What then, brothers? When you come together, each one has a hymn, a lesson, a revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation. Let all things be done for building up (of one another)
