Reclaiming 1st Century Christianity

We are looking for a small group of believers who share our vision to return to the Biblical model of New Testament Christianity. The only way we can “speak the same thing” or be united is to return to the Word of God and read it together and consider it together. We may struggle to find agreement on translation, interpretation, or application of the Scriptures but we must always return to them as our foundation and learn and edify one another through the Scriptures alone. I will check the box “Charismatic” below, not because we accept it as a division or a distinction we want from any other part of the the Body of Christ but because we do see gifts of the Holy Spirit very active in the New Testament and see no reason from those Scriptures to not believe God moves the same today as He did in the first Century. But we are always willing to look into the Scriptures together to discuss these matters with any believer open to doing so.
