Description

We meet on Mondays at 6:30pm. We are a fellowship of likeminded evangelicals focused on disciple making and multiplying church groups. Please use your own childcare for kids under reading age. Older kids and adults meet together for Acts 2:42 body life. Contact Tim @ 817-300-0004 for more information.

Years ago, the Lord led me through a time of difficulty and began to teach me what it meant to live the surrendered life. At the time, I was teaching adult Sunday School and sharing what I was learning with them. Nothing stuck. They were gracious but not really interested. That set me on a pilgrimage to understand more about discipleship and specifically, how to make disciples that make disciples. I read, watched, and listened to every resource I could find. In the process, I was introduced to the modern simple church or house church movement. I became increasingly convinced that the predominant American church model was not what Jesus and the apostles had in mind and was not the best model for doing and being the church. We made friends with a couple in Texas who were leading a house church and joined them. We learned a lot about what not to do because that effort, as much of a blessing as it was, eventually folded. After moving to Tennessee, we began to pray about starting a house church and found a big church that believed house churches are the wave of the future. We built a core of people who shared our vision and when we felt the Lord release us into this venture, we launched the church in our home. We meet weekly on a weekday night because most of us are still involved in Sunday morning gatherings and we want to be available for those who cannot or will not attend big church on Sunday morning. We are excited about what God is doing and will do in our simple church. Tim  12/16/25

As a member of this house church, I feel supported by Tim Tramaine’s and the members’ prayers. We spend a good amount of time as a group in prayer. I’m also thankful that the house church also helps with financial support for the members. Sharing a meal together and taking communion is a regular part of the time at the meeting. I thank God for this house church! CJ

I attend this fellowship because I am convinced this is a more Biblical way of being a church.
