Unity Family Church (Part of the We Are Family Church Network)

In 2018, the Holy Spirit led a very small group of devoted followers of Christ to step out in faith and obedience from the traditional Church setting in order to pursue deeper intimacy with Jesus and communities. We simply wanted to just listen to Jesus and do what He says, and follow exactly what we see a healthy model of gathering looks like per Acts 2:42-47. Since our transition, the Lord has led us to glean from many other partnering ministries such as We Are Church, Perspectives, The Underground Church, Crescent Project, Mobile Loaves & Fish / Community, First!, No Place Left, Disciple The Streets, Pastors to Pioneers, 24:14, along with several others.
With all of these opportunities to fellowship and learn from these different ministries, the Lord has challenged and fine tuned us to value each respective ministry. In-turn, developing and molding us to what would organically be a family of followers that models the 5 Fold Ministry as how Paul speaks of in Ephesians 4:1-16.
We have adopted a “Kingdom” mindset, rather than just a “Church” mindset, as Jesus spoke more of the Kingdom of God much more than just the Church.
We value the spiritual gifts as shared in the scriptures, and put them to practice as the Spirit gives utterance. Our time together includes the following (but not limited to):
-Sunday gatherings at 10am – to include breakfast; fellowship; devoted time in prayer; singing to the Lord; communion; and then letting the Spirit reveal to us on what we need to speak about that day while searching the scriptures… TOTALLY ORGANIC WITH NO MAN MADE AGENDA’S!

-Prayer walks in communities

-Discipleship by utilizing Life Transformation Groups with 2-3 people in each group of the same gender

-Wednesday night (8pm) Prayer Night on Zoom

-Thursday Night (8pm) Open Forum on Zoom (equipping meeting)

-Dedicated fellowships in women groups and men groups throughout the week 

-Mobilizing to push back territorial darkness and praying over the land

-Ministering to the homeless

-Equipping and mentoring others led by the Spirit to launch ministries

-Corporate Family Reunion gatherings with the We Are Family Church Network 

-Explore ways to partner with other local ministries 

-And much more!
